Founded in 1985, Ungerboeck Systems International is a dynamic and agile software company that has over the last 25 years defined itself as the global leader in event management software for venues & event organizers.

USI is privately owned by active management, and debt-free. The company owns virtually all of its assets except overseas office space. These credentials - together with USI’s global and industry-wide reach, permit the company to manage very efficiently towards solid long-range growth and stability, unencumbered from the divergent short-range objectives of third parties. Ungerboeck is committed to protecting and enhancing its customers’ system investment by allocating the largest share of our resources to continuously developing functional and technological refinements.

Ungerboeck supports its worldwide client base from its world headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and regional offices in Karlsruhe, Germany; Lyon, France; Brisbane, Australia; Guangzhou, China; and Hong Kong. With a staff of only full time employees, Ungerboeck software is designed, developed, sold, and serviced by a talent pool with an unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience, which leads to a consistent quality in all aspects of our relationships.
