The Purchasing module allows you to manage the purchasing process from item requisition through approvals, budget compliance, purchase order, receipt and payment.  You are able to create both general and event specific purchase orders. 

Manage Your Purchase Orders With A Fully Integrated Solution

Our Purchasing module is seamlessly integrated with the order process, Inventory Management and Accounts Payable.  When your customers are ordering items for their events, you can create a requisition or purchase order directly from the order.  When creating the requisition or purchase order, information will automatically be passed from your customer's order to the vendor's purchase order, eliminating the opportunity for incorrect quantities or items.  The Inventory Management module tracks your inventory values to determine if more items are needed for the event or if you currently have enough in stock.  In addition, receive items you have ordered directly from the already created purchase order.  Accounts Payable allows you to refer to the purchase order before paying your invoice.

• Track and Report Spending by Vendor - Quickly see how much you are spending with a particular vendor in order to negotiate discounts or shop around for a better price.
• Market Lists - Create pre-defined lists of goods or services commonly purchased together in order to make the ordering process more efficient.
• Budget Approval - Before issuing a purchase order, the system automatically checks to ensure the amount of the purchase order does not exceed the pre-determined budget allowing you to control the event costs and get approval before going over budget.
• Variance Checking - Control your purchase prices by allowing the system to automatically verify the current purchase cost against the last purchase cost.  If the variance is greater than the user-defined value, the purchase order cannot be created.
