The Fixed Assets module is designed to help manage the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the enterprise’s entire fixed asset investment including buildings and their infrastructure, leasehold improvements, plant operating equipment and furnishings, office equipment and furnishings, rental equipment and vehicles.
Integrating Fixed Assets with Inventory Management, Job Management, Accounts Payable and General Accounting & Analysis
When used with other modules of the system, you can realize the true power of the Fixed Assets module. The integration with the Inventory Management module allows assets to be linked with inventory items to facilitate with the rental of furnishings, AV, lighting and staging as well as a variety of other items. When integrating with the Job Management module, you can create preventative, refurbishing and corrective maintenance jobs for your assets in order to properly maintain them and create a record of maintenance. You can also track asset valuations as well as asset replacement analyses and disposals. An Accounts Payable integration allows your fixed asset purchases to be automatically transferred to the fixed asset register. Integrating with General Accounting & Analysis allows the system to automatically prepare general journal entries for fixed asset additions, depreciations, and removals. The integration of the Fixed Assets module with other modules allows you to save yourself precious time and money.
- Fixed Asset Register - Assets may be grouped by user-definable asset class and major/minor groups for various reporting purposes such as insurance valuation, capital budgeting, accounting and auditing. For these purposes, each asset may be described in great detail, including its master asset and components, acquisition date, acquisition method and cost, insurance value, replacement cost, depreciation schedule and book value as well as other numerous user-definable fields.
- Depreciation Accounting - We support all internationally prevalent depreciation methods and conventions as well as multiple depreciation books.

Integrated Document Management - Keep all asset-related documents such as capital justifications, purchase contracts, warranty documents, operating manuals or maintenance records properly organized and readily accessible to everyone requiring the information.
