We're rarely the low-cost provider, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better value. For most of our clients, Ungerboeck software replaces three or more separate software packages -- at a fraction of the cost.

Our unique end-to-end solution delivers a return on investment (ROI) that no other solution can offer.  With Ungerboeck, in addition to saving on up front license costs of three or more separate software packages, you avoid the ongoing costs of training, support, system integration and upgrades for multiple software packages.

And working with one system instead of three delivers more productivity with less frustration.  The result is less time spent on tedious data entry, more time spent with clients, and higher employee satisfaction. 

SaaS (Software as a Service) or On-premise installation

No hardware or software is necessary if you choose the Ungerboeck hosting option (also referred to as "Software as a Service" or "SaaS").  Other clients choose to install the software on-premise on their own servers.  In practice, hosting/SaaS is almost always more cost effective for less than 20 users.  However, no matter how many users you have, hosting typically delivers better security, reliability, and performance at a cost comparable to, or lower, than hosting your software on premise. 

We're flexible

Our pricing is flexible based upon the number of modules you need and the number of users.  Adding new modules or users is easy and can be done at any time.  In less than 5 minutes, you can enable new modules or add users without any disruption to your day-to-day operations.   

No hidden upgrade fees

There's a dirty little secret that most software companies won't tell you.  Many will tell you that all of our upgrades are included in the annual maintenance fee. But, about every 5-10 years, they'll do a major rewrite of their software.  To sidestep years of "all-inclusive" promises, they'll rename the product and say, "But this is a new product. It's not the same product you bought 5 years ago."  Not so with Ungerboeck. Customers who purchased our software twenty years ago have never had to buy an upgrade.

When you request a quote, we give you the best price.  Period.  We serve a tight-knit industry.  We recognize that people compare their price quotes to help their friends get the best deal.  You can rest assured that you'll never discover from another customer that they got a better price than you did.  

Flexible licensing - Perpetual license or Subscription

Ungerboeck software can be licensed on a monthly subscription basis or as a perpetual license.  Clients who purchase a perpetual license typically purchase 10-20 modules at one time.  Clients who purchase a monthly subscription typically purchase 5-10 modules initially and add other modules later.  In either case, any of our 30+ modules can be added at any time without re-installing the software.
