Dale Overton, Vice President, Customer Success
Dale Overton joined Ungerboeck Software in 2001 as a Quality Engineer. After gaining experience using Ungerboeck Software through extensive testing of the software, Dale transferred to the Marketing department as a Pre-Sales engineer.
In Pre-Sales, Dale was responsible for delivering software briefings to prospective clients and responding to Requests for Proposals. In addition to Dale’s work in Marketing he also served as an Account Manager for clients in Canada and the northern US. As an Account Manager his responsibilities included assisting with software license and services purchases, and helping customers resolve issues and get the most out of their software. In 2006 Dale transferred to Ungerboeck’s Professional Services team as a Technical Consultant specializing in web pages and customized reporting solutions. While a member of Professional Services Dale served as a Project Manager on several large-scale projects taking responsibility for the management of timelines and budgets, process optimization, and training. These experiences have afforded him many advantages working with clients both large and small.
In 2007 Dale was promoted to Team Lead in the Technical Services department, where he managed a staff and served as Project Manager for all technical projects. In 2009 Dale was promoted to the role of Director of Professional Services where he served as the leader of the Ungerboeck team responsible for successful onboarding and ongoing support for our clients. Dale was promoted to his current position in 2014.
Dale earned his bachelor’s degree at St. Louis University with a concentration in Management Information Systems, and his MBA from Maryville University.
