Je travaille chez Ungerboeck depuis maintenant 14 ans. Je n’avais pas d’attentes particulières en embauchant chez Ungerboeck Software, le poste de consultant proposé était assez similaire à mon expérience précédente. L’entreprise est un petit bout d’Amérique à porter de main, nous travaillons dans un environnement d’innovation permanent avec une vraie culture d’entreprise et des valeurs fortes. L’initiative individuelle est plus que favorisée pour ceux qui veulent s’en donner la peine avec à la clé une réelle reconnaissance. Et l’environnement international dans le lequel s’inscrit mon travail quotidien est très stimulant.
