Exhibitions: Configuring the Exhibitor Experience

Create what feels like a custom experience for your exhibitors without doing anything “custom!” This course will take you on a deep dive on the configuration options available so you can tailor your exhibitor’s experience to what you need. We’ll start from the beginning with creating the event and take a journey through products and services, user defined fields (UDFs) and booth validation. You’ll get hands-on experience managing exhibition functions and floor plans. Spend time configuring an Exhibitor Portal to create an online experience that gathers everything you need from your exhibitors. Discover the most successful ways to build your sales pipeline and wrap it all up with an in-depth look at the views and dashboard tools that will work best for you, including KPIs and simple charts.  

This course is for Exhibition Organizers who are familiar with basic Ungerboeck navigation. It is recommended that attendees complete the Exhibitions: The Exhibitor Experience course prior to attending this course.

NOTE: This is an interactive course! Attendees will be provided with an online test database that will allow them to have a fully immersed experience in the software by completing exercises alongside their fellow students. As this course uses Ungerboeck Version 30 it should be conducted using Google Chrome.
