Every interaction you have with a customer is critical to fostering an outstanding business relationship…and that includes your customer’s online experience! In this course, you will walk through the exhibitor experience and see how your exhibitors complete their space applications which includes everything from who they are and what they sell to what their requirements are for their space. Learn how to process your new exhibitor leads, offer exhibitors a variety of booth proposals, and the next steps after an exhibitor accepts a proposal. Discover how to share floor plans with your attendees and contractors, collect show guide information, offer sponsorship opportunities, upgrade an exhibitor’s booth space with additional services, and receive documents from your exhibitors. Round it out with the all-important invoicing and payment collection, as well as how to run reports on exhibitor tasks and send reminders about those tasks. By the end of this course you’ll be using the Ungerboeck tools to their full potential and providing your customers an unmatched sales experience!

This course is for Exhibition Organizers who are familiar with basic Ungerboeck navigation. Prior experience with the Exhibitor Portal or Exhibition Floor Plan is not necessary. Please note the course does not cover initial configuration.

NOTE: This is an interactive course! Attendees will be provided with an online test database that will allow them to have a fully immersed experience in the software by completing exercises alongside their fellow students. As this course uses Ungerboeck Version 30 it should be conducted using Google Chrome.
