Your CRM is more than an address book. You can harness your CRM to drive marketing, track your sales process, and more! Explore strategies for marketing to your potential business opportunities and discover how to convert CRM leads into accounts. Once an opportunity becomes confirmed business learn how to easily create an event from an opportunity, and delve into the differences between bookings and events. Learn how to use Sales Goals for opportunities, activities and service orders to focus your sales team on what matters most. We’ll round it out with creating common on-screen reports and dashboard tips and tricks. By the end of this course, you’ll turn your Ungerboeck CRM into a true sales asset.

This course is for Booking Coordinators, Sales Reps, Account Reps or any Sales Team Member responsible for bringing in new business. Attendees should be able to book spaces for an event, be familiar with the Booking Calendar and adding an opportunity. This course uses v30 but the concepts and principles are applicable to both v20 and v30.

NOTE: This is an interactive course! Attendees will be provided with an online test database that will allow them to have a fully immersed experience in the software by completing exercises alongside their fellow students. As this course uses Ungerboeck Version 30 it should be conducted using Google Chrome.
