Fred leads the Ungerboeck team in Asia-Pacific with offices in Australia, Hong-Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. Prior to joining Ungerboeck Fred worked with the venue management branch of GL Events in Europe.
Samara has been with Ungerboeck for nearly 6 years, bringing with her a further 2 years’ involvement in customer service and sales support. Samara is our Account Manager extraordinaire and is passionate about assisting her clients with the best possible service. She acts as the main point of contact for new requests for training, software and business audits, consulting/training, questions on requirements, processes, and solutions suitability for existing Ungerboeck Software customers.
Business Development Manager
Richmond has been with Ungerboeck for nearly 2 years, based in Singapore. As a Business Development Manager, Richmond applies his extensive experience in Sales, Support and Customer Service to address the event-management software needs of prospective customer in South-East Asia. Richmond has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, and is a high-energy sales professional who is passionate about establishing and building relationships with both clients and peers.
Hugo is a member of the Professional Services Team and has been with Ungerboeck for 4 years as a Software Consultant. Hugo joined the team with 3 years' prior experience as a software consultant in Property Management Software and Point-of-Sales. Hugo is now based in Singapore/Malaysia and supporting our growing customer base in South-East Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He is able to speak in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin so he can deliver training to a broader range of users in the region.
