We can't wait to share the news! As events start reverting to face-to-face again, we are excited to be bringing back the Ungerboeck Unite Forum to New Zealand! This two half-day event will be jam-packed with dynamic presentations, interactive educational sessions and collaboration sessions on the latest Ungerboeck Software features and enhancements that will take your organisation to the next level. Plus, don’t miss this opportunity to network with your industry peers and key users of the Ungerboeck platform.

Fred will guide you through the product road map and provide context for how Ungerboeck intends to keep you connected and ahead of the curve, now and into the future.

Learn how you can design your event floorplans and link this to your ordering and inventory.

3:45pm: Create Efficiencies with our Digital Signage Integration

Discover how you can simplify the process of sharing event details from Ungerboeck on digital displays throughout your event venue. Learn how to reduce expenses and effort to get your displays up and running, quickly and efficiently.

4:15pm: Integrating External Platforms with Ungerboeck

Save time and reduce errors by integrating Ungerboeck with your 3rd party platforms, such as Point of Sale, financial, rostering, ticketing and more.

5:15pm – 6.30pm: Networking Drinks

Continue on afterwards to network with other attendees and Ungerboeck staff while enjoying some wind-down drinks and nibbles. We would love for everyone to join us. Venue to be confirmed.

9:00am: Customer Collaboration - Sharing Info with 3rd Parties

Learn how other venues are managing their communication and invoicing with external stakeholders 3rd party suppliers, such as caterers, AV, security and cleaning contractors.

10:00am: Morning Tea

10.30am: Customer Collaboration Open Discussion

We will run two concurrent streams for Operations/Sales and Management/Finance. Bring your favourite reports - such as event run sheets, come armed with questions, and share new initiatives that others could benefit from.

11:45am: Wrap-Up and Q&A

We’ll be rounding out the event with a summary of what we’ve learned, provide some key take-aways and open the floor up to questions.
