Visitor Tracking

Visitor Tracking

As venues start to reopen, safety for staff and visitors is top of mind. New precautionary measures have been put into place by most local governments, including having a digital visitor list for contact tracing.

Our newest multilingual feature, Visitor Tracking, was developed to help you keep a record of your event attendee list and more. Prior to an event it will allow a self-serve, sign-in for your visitors with the option of asking about recent travels or current state of health. It will create an alert for any high-risk attendees so your staff can plan accordingly. Along with sending the attendee an email which includes a unique check-in code to be scanned at the entrance of the venue.

Virtual Event Extension

Extend your events reach beyond face-to-face meetings and generate a new revenue stream with online events. Ungerboeck has developed an integration with major virtual event providers to help seamlessly manage online registrants in Ungerboeck. Get participants to register to your virtual event with the provider of your choice while managing all aspects of your event directly in Ungerboeck from registrants, to payments processing, orders, sessions and more.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Document Management

The Document Management feature must be activated in order to upgrade to .96. Document Management stores documents in the database instead of on a file server and has been a requirement for v20/30 since their launch.

If you already have Document Management activated, it is recommended that you bring any necessary documents into the database prior to upgrading to .96.

End of Support

Please note that EBMScad and iEBMS Online Exhibitor Profiles are not supported in .96. If these applications are required, please contact Ungerboeck as soon as possible so a plan can be put in place prior to upgrading.

Please note that Speaker and Abstract Management is not supported in v20/30 as of .96. If this application is required, please contact Ungerboeck as soon as possible so a plan can be put in place prior to upgrading.

The following modules are no longer supported in v20/30 as of .96 - Audience Participation, Electronic Data Interchange, Email Marketing, Onsite Services and Tour Sales.

The following iEBMS Configuration pages are not being converted over to v20/30 - Fulfillment Order Processing (FOP), Inventory Management (INV), Job Management (JOB) and Work Order Management (WOM). If these applications are required, please contact Ungerboeck as soon as possible so a plan can be put in place prior to upgrading.

The ability to process telecommunication call records will not be supported in v20/30. It is still possible to schedule "lines" against a service order item in v20/30 in .96.

Quotes will not be supported in v30.

Removal of v19 Options

In 20.96, we have removed most v19 options from v20/30. If there are remaining v19 options, they will be removed in upcoming hotfixes and/or service releases. If you still need access to a v19 option, you will need to access v19 directly. Please contact Customer Success and/or Client Care to let them know if there are actions you feel you still need to access to make sure something was not overlooked.

Spaces on Calendars

A change was made to views on Booking and Function calendars in .95 for v20 and v30. Views that did not have any spaces selected would show all spaces prior to this change. With this change, spaces must be selected now in order to display on the calendar. If after upgrading to 96, your calendar views are not returning any spaces, be sure to check if spaces have been selected to display for the selected view.
