Cercle Cité Chooses Ungerboeck's Event Software to Optimize Its Processes for Increased Efficiency copy

Karlsruhe, Germany – June 9, 2020

The Cercle Cité, a cultural and multifunctional space located in the heart of Luxembourg City, offers several conference rooms and auditoriums accessible to all audiences, from professionals to individuals. The management of the complex has been entrusted by the City of Luxembourg to the Agence luxembourgeoise d'action culturelle ("ALAC"), a non-profit association supported by the Ministry of Culture and the City of Luxembourg. ALAC manages the rental of spaces for different types of events, including conferences, artistic performances and permanent exhibitions.

ALAC is now part of the Ungerboeck community and will benefit from the latest functionalities of Ungerboeck's unified event management platform to manage the rental of the spaces of the Cercle Cité, an 8,300 m² venue located in the heart of Luxembourg City. They are looking forward to streamlining their processes and workflows with Ungerboeck and to optimize business reporting.

Luc Wagner, Director of ALAC, is expecting a significant increase in productivity, efficiency, and ease of use from Ungerboeck’s cloud-based platform. “We are looking forward to benefiting from real-time intelligence across all our business activities and to saving a lot of time through optimized workflows,” he added.

The team at Ungerboeck is proud to power ALAC with their event platform: “The Agence luxembourgeoise d’action culturelle (ALAC) plays a key role in the cultural sector of the greater Luxembourg area and we are excited to support the team in their endeavors to further enrich the lives of individuals and shape the future of the local cultural facilities,“ said Silke Hoersch, Executive Director Marketing and Business Development, EMEA, at Ungerboeck.

ABOUT ALAC

The “Agence luxembourgeoise d’action culturelle (”ALAC”)”, founded in 1996, is a non-profit association which is financially supported by the Ministry of Culture and the City of Luxembourg. Over the years, it has become a link between public authorities and cultural players, and even between different ministries and local authorities in Luxembourg and the greater Luxembourg area. The Cercle Cité managed by ALAC is an exceptional venue. The building's multifunctionality is one of its main assets: it can be used as a setting for prestigious events, as a conference center, and as a stage for artistic performances. In addition, ALAC manages the national ticketing network "luxembourgticket" which enables the public to find entrance tickets for most of the major theatres in Luxembourg in one place.
