Ungerboeck, the world’s leading event management software provider, announced today that it has acquired FairVault, an application for digital document submission and organization.
Fair and fairground organizations have relied on FairVault as an extension of the ShoWorks platform to upload and manage various forms, competition entries, breeder’s certificates, W-9 documents, and more. The acquisition unifies both products underneath the Ungerboeck brand, allowing for even more efficiency and a seamless user experience in the ShoWorks entry process.
