Ungerboeck Announces Advanced New Exhibitor Portal Software

St. Louis, Mo. (December 15, 2016) – The launch of an unparalleled new platform, the Exhibitor Portal, has been announced by Ungerboeck Software, the global leader in flexible, comprehensive event management software.

The Exhibitor Portal serves as a one-stop shop for exhibitors, empowering them with the ability to manage every stage of their event experience while simultaneously putting superior control and revenue-driving opportunities into the hands of exhibition organizers.

Administrators in the portal platform have the option to permit exhibitors to select and pay for booths at will or collect preferences to be assigned at a later date. Exhibitors themselves operate within pre-set parameters to manage their own account information and catalog profile, as well as their progress against custom-categorized task lists. Exhibitor Portal also allows for these same privileges to extend to an exhibitor’s contractors or co-exhibitors.

Beyond improvements to the overall exhibitor experience and increased efficiency for organizers, Exhibitor Portal creates additional and distinct opportunities for upsells via recommended upgrades and suggestions for ancillary services.
