Ungerboeck Software Chosen as Preferred Software for Peter Rowland Catering

Ungerboeck welcomes Peter Rowland Catering as a new customer to their Event Management and CRM Software. Peter Rowland Catering (PRC), a Melbourne based company with a staff of over 5,000, goes beyond event catering to include retail solutions, hospitality consulting, restaurant, cafe and venue management. The multi-faceted business recently celebrated the commencement of Ungerboeck Software. Ungerboeck is providing a one-stop software solution to PRC who were in desperate need of a better CRM platform to what they were previously using.

PRC originally identified the requirement for a new CRM platform last year, and after forming a project team of key stakeholders, underwent a search for an innovative Event Management software, with Ungerboeck being one of the solutions identified. Within two months, PRC had met with all the vendors, and after a rigorous review of the market, Ungerboeck was identified as the clear winner and selected as the preferred solution.

“A huge plus was the seamless integration into our General Ledger, the ability to define the export file and easily upload into our 3rd party GL is immense – it has literally shaved days off month end processing. The ability to also customise reports via Crystal Reports is massive for us. Previously we were forever engaging our third party vendor to make changes to our standard reports – This was costly and time-consuming. Now we can simply make the changes we need when we need them... a significant improvement!!!” Matthew said.
