University of Queensland driving change in higher education

UQ Brisbane City is one of Brisbane’s premier executive conference, events and training spaces, situated in the heart of the CBD. The facility, which operates on behalf of The University of Queensland, offers a range of smart, functional and flexible corporate spaces available for students, alumni and industry to convene, collaborate and create change.

The Challenge

At the end of 2017, UQ Brisbane City went through major growth, welcoming additional programs from the University. To support their expansion, they had no choice but to rethink their system for event management, moving away from their outdated legacy software.
