An Ungerboeck Certified Venue Sales Associate has proficiency in day-to-day use of the core areas required for the Venue Sales function, focusing on efficient and effective use of the Ungerboeck CRM, Calendars and Event Management functionalities.
Who is this for?
The Ungerboeck Certification Program has been developed for professionals currently employed by an Ungerboeck customer. The Ungerboeck Venue Sales Associate certification is for event professionals who have worked in a Venue Sales role for at least six months.

About the exam
The tests consists of 50 multiple choice questions, and you will have 30 minutes to complete it.
You must score 80% or more to pass the exam and get your certification.
Validity
Ungerboeck certifications are valid for 3 years.

Exam fee: $99 USD.
Retake fee: $49 USD.
